This program is intended for CHRP designated holders in a broad range of human resources roles, including:


  • HR professionals in a recruitment-related position who can influence hiring decisions,
  • HR professionals who can influence HR policies and practices for organizational effectiveness,
  • HR professionals in a talent management and/or organizational development role, and
  • Diversity and Inclusion Specialists looking to enhance their existing knowledge and skills in diversity to learn how to effectively recruit, hire, and integrate culturally diverse individuals.
